Feel Confident That Being Unhappy (Or Struggling With Happiness) Is Simply A Sign Of Being Human And Not A Disorder

Change Your Thinking

You can achieve being happier faster and easier by changing the way you think.

For this achievement, you'll learn how to change your thinking so that you:

  • Stop believing that you are inherently broken, defective, or have some type of a "disorder" if you are unhappy or struggle with happiness
  • Start believing that it is normal and natural for every human being (including you) to be unhappy or struggle with unhappiness at one time or another, and that you do not have a "disorder" for doing so

To do this, learn why the first way of thinking doesn't help you or make sense, while the second one does, and then make choices based on what you've learned.

Stop believing that you are inherently broken, defective, or have some type of a "disorder" if you are unhappy or struggle with happiness

Here's why there's no value in this type of negative thinking:

  • You have less strength and capabilities, and less confidence in yourself and your abilities, due to believing that you are inherently broken, defective, or have some type of a "disorder" if you are unhappy or struggle with happiness.
  • As a result, you naturally have a lower sense of self worth and experience less happiness and enjoyment. Also, due to feeling less capable of becoming happier, you naturally have less success and achievement in becoming happier.
  • This, in turn, confirms and "proves" your self-destructive belief that you are inherently broken or defective in some way, and you feel even worse and struggle even more with becoming happier.

Start believing that it is normal and natural for every human being (including you) to be unhappy or struggle with unhappiness at one time or another, and that you do not have a "disorder" for doing so

Here's why there's great value in this type of positive thinking:

  • You naturally feel more at peace, feel stronger and more capable, and feel better overall due to believing that it is normal and natural for every human being (including you) to be unhappy or struggle with unhappiness at one time or another, and that you do not have a "disorder" for doing so.
  • This improved mood and mindset naturally helps you feel better and stronger during unhappy times, and in such a way it also helps you become happier faster and easier.
  • This in turn "proves" to you that there is nothing wrong with you, and your self-confidence increases, which means you have even more success and achievement in becoming happier.

Enjoy a beneficial change that makes sense

  • Every human has been unhappy at one time or another and struggled with happiness at one time or another. It's simply a sign of being human, and it makes no sense to believe it's a sign of something being wrong with you.
  • You have experienced happiness at various points of your life, so you know that you are clearly capable of being happy. This is a clear sign that you do not have a "disorder" that prevents you from being happy, and that you can become happier, especially by changing your thinking and taking constructive action (like you are doing right now).
  • When you consider how constructive and sensible it is to believe that you do not have a disorder if you struggle with unhappiness, it makes complete sense to believe and accept this, especially once you understand how important this self-fulfilling belief is.
