Enjoy Greater Happiness, Regardless Of Your Circumstances

You can achieve being happier faster and easier by changing the way you think.

For this achievement, you’ll learn how to change your thinking so that you:

  • Stop believing that it’s good and right for you to be unhappy
  • Start believing that it’s great for you to be happy, no matter what’s happened in the past

To do this, learn why the first way of thinking doesn’t help you or make sense, while the second one does, and then make choices based on what you’ve learned.

Stop believing that it’s good and right for you to be unhappy

Here’s why there’s no value in this type of negative thinking:

  • Your mind is energized and motivated to find ways to make you unhappy, since you believe that it’s good and right for you to be unhappy.
  • So not only do you experience less happiness and enjoyment, but it’s also more challenging for you to change and become happier since your mind believes it is trying to “help” you by making you unhappy whenever it can.
  • If you do become happy or happier, it will feel uncomfortable, stressful, or wrong to you in some way, so you will enjoy being happier less, and you will likely revert back to being unhappy sooner than later.

Start believing that it’s great for you to be happy, no matter what’s happened in the past

Here’s why there’s great value in this type of positive thinking:

  • Your mind is energized and motivated to find ways to make you happy, since you believe that it’s great for you to be happy, no matter what’s happened in the past.
  • You feel comfortable and at peace with being happy, so happiness comes much more naturally and easily to you without you ever having to try to force it.
  • Overall, you experience a lot more happiness and enjoyment, and this naturally leads to more enjoyable social interactions, as well a more meaningful, rewarding, and worthwhile life overall.

Enjoy a beneficial change that makes sense

  • Being happy makes you feel more energized, makes life more meaningful and worthwhile for you, and it also improves your social interactions with others, so it makes sense to believe that it’s great for you to be happy.
  • No matter what has happened in the past, being unhappy does not benefit you or others, but being happy does benefit you and others, so it makes sense to believe that it’s great to be happy, no matter what has happened in the past.
  • So it makes sense in every way to believe that it’s great for you to be happy, no matter what’s happened in the past.
