Here's why there's no value in this type of negative thinking:

  • You have less happiness and enjoyment due to focusing on things with no value or negative value to you. After all, you are not seeing any positive value to enjoy.
  • The result is that you feel empty... Or potentially miserable and depressed, depending on how much negative value you see.
  • Also, by not seeing any positive value, life is naturally less meaningful and worthwhile to you.

Start focusing on things that are of greater positive value to you

Here's why there's great value in this type of positive thinking:

  • You have more happiness and enjoyment due to focusing on things that are of greater positive value to you. This happens because you are seeing more positive value to enjoy.
  • The result is that you feel uplifted, and you naturally have more energy and more peace of mind.
  • Also, by seeing more positive value, life is naturally more meaningful and worthwhile to you.

Enjoy a beneficial change that makes sense

  • Focusing on things that are of greater positive value to you is literally of greater positive value to you. Just think about it. Not only does it lift your spirits and energize you, but it also makes life more enjoyable, meaningful, and worthwhile to you.
