  • Start believing that it's greater-than-normal to not struggle with being happy, and wanting this greater-than-normal experience

Here's why there's no value in this type of negative thinking:

  • Your mind is energized and motivated to struggle with being happy, due to wanting this "normal" experience. As a result, you tend to struggle with being happy.
  • You mind has no energy or motivation to be happy without a struggle, since you do not value this, and so you never experience this faster, easier, and more enjoyable path to greater happiness.
  • Overall, you have less happiness and enjoyment, less peace of mind, and less success with being happy, due to believing that it's normal to struggle with being happy, and for some reason wanting this normal experience.

Start believing that it's greater-than-normal to not struggle with being happy, and wanting this greater-than-normal experience

Here's why there's great value in this type of positive thinking:

  • Your mind is energized and motivated to be happy without any struggle, due to wanting this greater-than-normal experience. As a result, you have more success and achievement with being happy without any struggle.
  • The more success and achievement you have with being happy without any struggle, the more powerful and confident you naturally feel. This, in turns, makes it even easier for you to happy.
  • Overall, you have more happiness and enjoyment, more peace of mind, and more success with being happy, due to believing that it's greater-than-normal to not struggle with being happy, and wanting this greater-than-normal experience.

Enjoy a beneficial change that makes sense

  • For argument's sake, let's say that it is, indeed, normal to struggle with being happy, and that it's not normal to be happy without any struggle. So what? Just because something is normal, it doesn't automatically mean that it's great or beneficial, and just because something is not normal, it doesn't mean that it is automatically bad.
  • In this case, even if it's normal to struggle with happiness and not normal to have an easy time being happy, it's clearly way better and preferable to be happy without any struggle. So it makes sense to want this greater-than-normal experience with being happy.
  • Overall, if you want to be happier faster and easier, it makes complete sense to believe that it's greater-than-normal to not struggle with being happy, and to want this greater-than-normal experience.
