Become Comfortable With Valuing Yourself

Change Your Thinking

You can achieve being happier faster and easier by changing the way you think.

For this achievement, you'll learn how to change your thinking so that you:

  • Stop believing that it is bad or "wrong" to value yourself, or to value yourself as much as other people
  • Start believing that it is great to value yourself, and to value yourself as much as other people

To do this, learn why the first way of thinking doesn't help you or make sense, while the second one does, and then make choices based on what you've learned.

Stop believing that it is bad or "wrong" to value yourself, or to value yourself as much as other people

Here's why there's no value in this type of negative thinking:

  • You feel uncomfortable seeing value in yourself, and don't experience happiness or enjoyment doing it, due to believing that it is bad or "wrong" to value yourself, or to value yourself as much as other people. So you end up seeing less value in yourself (or none at all), and you immediately suffer the destructive impact of appreciating and valuing yourself less.
  • This destructive impact includes a lower sense of self worth, less self-confidence in what you value and think, greater dependency on others to "determine" what you value and think, less strength and capabilities, less happiness and enjoyment, less success achieving the things you want and value, and a less meaningful, valuable, and worthwhile life overall.
  • Even worse, due to believing that it is bad or "wrong" to value yourself, or to value yourself as much as other people, your mind is actively motivated to prevent you from seeing greater value in yourself; if anything, your mind is motivated to make you value yourself less and less. In such a way, the destructive impact grows and grows on "autopilot", due to your mind thinking that it's "bad or wrong" to change this.

Start believing that it is great to value yourself, and to value yourself as much as other people

Here's why there's great value in this type of positive thinking:

  • You feel comfortable seeing value in yourself, and you experience more happiness and enjoyment doing it, due to believing that it is great to value yourself, and to value yourself as much as other people. So you end up seeing more value in yourself, and you immediately enjoy the constructive impact of appreciating and valuing yourself more.
  • This constructive impact includes a hgher sense of self worth, more self-confidence in what you value and think, greater independence, more strength and capabilities, more happiness and enjoyment, more success achieving the things you want and value, and a more meaningful, valuable, and worthwhile life overall.
  • Even better, due to believing that it is great to value yourself, and to value yourself as much as other people, your mind is energized and motivated to see greater value in yourself all the time. In such a way, the constructive impact grows and grows on "autopilot", which makes your life better and better all the time.

Enjoy a beneficial change that makes sense

  • You have the capability and the choice to value yourself however you want.
  • When you consider how beneficial it is to value yourself and to value yourself as much as other people, it makes complete sense to believe that it is great to value yourself, and to value yourself as much as other people.
  • It also makes complete sense to make it crystal clear to your mind that this is a beneficial and important thing to do, so that your life naturally improves more and more all the time on "autopilot" the more positive value that your mind searches for and finds.
