  • Your mind is motivated to identify and create all sorts of things that explain why you're unhappy, and the more things you identify and create, the unhappier you become; this in turn confirms your self-fulfilling perception that you are just an unhappy person.
  • You feel helpless about becoming happier, and have no motivation to try to do so, due to believing that you can't change and become happier; consequently, you remain unhappy and confirm your destructive, self-fulfilling belief that you can't change.

Start believing that you can become a happy (or happier) person

Here's why there's great value in this type of positive thinking:

  • You have more happiness and enjoyment due to believing that you can become a happy (or happier) person.
  • You feel empowered and are more motivated and energized to become happy (or happier) due to believing that it's possible to achieve; this naturally translates into greater success and achievement in becoming happier.
  • As you become happier, this confirms your self-fulfilling belief that you can become a happy (or happier) person; your self-confidence grows, and it becomes even easier for you to become happier and happier.

Enjoy a beneficial change that makes sense

  • If you look back on your life, you'll see that you've already had happy moments... And if you've already had happy moments in the past, you can have more happy moments in the future.
  • Also, if you change the way you think (and therefore feel) about things, you can become happier by changing your mindset. So you can clearly do something about becoming a happier person.
  • When you consider how you're fully capable of happiness and becoming happier... It makes complete sense to believe that you can become a happy (or happier) person!
